Snig of the Day
The Specter of the Flock
The Specter of the Flock is the spirit of herd mentality. His pale blue form is present whenever creatures crowd together and move as one — enticing them to flee across the grassy knolls and plunge from atop the craggy cliffs.
His powerful sway attracts like a gravitational pull; an unavoidable force, be it directed at fluffy flocks of sheep, hirsute herds of lemming, or silk-tied teams of high rise toadies.
Bloatfish
Boasting a set of lungs that could inflate a blimp, the Bloatfish's name is a bit of a misnomer.
Unbeknownst to most, this bulbous seafarer is in fact born on land — beginning its life as a shore-dwelling beach burrower.
It is during the autumnal equinox, when tides are at their highest, that the Bloatfish begins the second phase of its life.
Waves engulfing the burrow, the Bloatfish fills its lungs to capacity — quadrupling in size — as it lets the gentle current whisk it away.
Surviving up to 75 years on that single air supply, the Bloatfish peacefully expires when it finally runs out of breath.
Or it violently implodes immediately after a sneeze.
Bareback Pickle
Bareback Pickle is the champion of the saddle-less mount.
When dill meets hide there are few beasts strong enough to overpower this gutsy gherkin.
This savage canine didn't stand a chance.
Wet Spaghetti Pro-Am
Approaching the cup on this elusive 4-yard par 90, we see Lambry Penboil addressing his ball with a moist 3 noodle. Another 25 shots and he should be safely in the hole.
Welcome to the Wet Spaghetti Pro-Am! A tournament where tempers flare and frustrations abound as golfers attempt to conquer the course using nothing but a water-logged strand of pasta.
With half of the strokes doing nothing more than flavoring the ball, this competition can be as trying for the spectators as it is for the contestants.
Grab a fistful of fusilli and I'll see you at the links!
Stumstuffer
The translucent Stumstuffer takes on the color of its meal.
It doesn't particularly like carrots but it's is very fond of traipsing about in orange.
Skugg
Skuggs are coarse haired and unpleasant. Their white paddle tails are heavy and strangely weighted — giving the Skugg a disconcerting sway to its meander.
Possessing a razor sharp beak for de-skinning lemon berries, this crankous creature has a preference for ultra-tart flavors.
A sour diet for a dour beast.
Fluff Combat
Fluff Combat is the latest craze to hit the stuffed animal market.
In his 22 bouts to date, Ultimate Bunny has defeated every vegetable opponent that's dared enter the ring. His impressive list of victories includes 12 carrots, 5 radishes, 4 heads of lettuce and a beat.
